Honest math, no hidden assumptions.
Monthly referred revenue = monthly customers × referral rate × AOV. We assume each referrer brings in roughly one new customer at the same AOV — that's the median in our beta data.
LTV lift uses a 37% multiplier on AOV × lifetime. That's the gap we've consistently observed between referred and non-referred cohorts in 40+ programs we audited before building Herd.
The 12-month projection assumes 3% month-over-month growth from compounding referrals. Conservative — most working programs do more.
